KaBlam! is a mostly-animated childrens sketch comedy that originally aired on Nickelodeon from 1996 to 2000. It is hosted by Henry and June, who go on their own misadventures between each segment.
Henry and June both eat a whole melon before introducing the next cartoon, Prometheus and Bob.
Henry and June have gained weight, with Richard Simmons trying and failing to get them to work out. Henry and June must pass an annual 'KaBlam! Physical Fitness Test' (which is actually being crushed by safes), or else they get retired.
In the Life with Loopy segment I (Don't) Believe I Can Fly, as an attempt to get Mike, a flightless duck, to fly, Loopy inflates him with a pump. The plan backfires when Mike farts the air out.
In the Action League Now! segment Fatter, the Chief is cursed by a fortune teller to overeat.
